2010 Conference Forms

The 2010 Conference forms have been zipped at the Conference for distribution to our Local Churches. They remain zipped here, on this webpage, for distribution to serve your needs.

There is only 1 zipped file which will provide 14 individual .doc files which can be opened by Microsoft Word or its equivilent. These 14 .doc files will create the Local Church 2010 Conference Reporting Forms. To download, click >>HERE<<
